Maple Cream is a delicious spreadable product that is made from 100% pure natural maple syrup. Maple Cream is made in a defined way by boiling the maple syrup to a certain temperature and then quickly moving it off the source of heat and then cooling it to room temperature. It's then stirred until the syrup is thickened making the Maple Cream rich and creamy. Maple Cream is used as a spread, glaze, frost, or dip. There are many uses for maple cream including but not limited to toast, pancakes, donuts, desserts, pastries, cupcakes, basically anything you would like to add a bit of sweetness to with pure natural VT Maple Syrup.
